What is the price?

Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, as well as the estimated duration of the cleaning. You can receive an instant quote by selecting your home’s details on our website. While we provide an initial estimate over the phone, our cleaning technicians assess the full scope of work during the service. If additional time is needed due to factors such as excessive buildup or a high number of decorations, we will contact you one hour before the scheduled completion to discuss any adjustments. You will have the option to approve the extra time or stay within the original estimate. Rest assured, we will never charge your card for additional time without your explicit consent.

How do I pay my balance?

Full payment is due on the day of service. Our cleaning technicians do not process payments. A credit or debit card must be on file at the time of booking and will be charged immediately after the cleaning is completed. If payment is declined, the client must update their payment information before the next scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to half of the service cost.

Cleaning Equipment

What is your cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: You may cancel without any additional fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: A 10% fee of the service cost will be charged. Cancellations on the day of service: If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, an additional 25% fee will be charged, bringing the total to 50% of the scheduled cleaning cost.

We accept debit and credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, or any other forms of payment

What is required of me before my cleaning?

To ensure the best possible cleaning results, we kindly ask that you prepare for our arrival by tidying up any items that may obstruct cleaning, such as loose papers, toys, or other objects. Please also put away any dishes to allow us to clean your kitchen thoroughly and store any sensitive materials securely. Additionally, all customers must have the following amenities available: Running water with access to it. Electricity with functioning lightbulbs throughout the home (cleaning cannot be performed in the dark). Air conditioning or heating to maintain a comfortable working environment.

What is your policy on breakage?

3Birds Cleaning Services cannot be held responsible for damage caused by unstable items, such as pictures not hung securely, items with unstable bases, floating shelves, or improperly secured items. Clients are responsible for cleaning curio cabinets, figurines, glassware, and items of extreme or sentimental value. If a cleaner breaks an item, 3Birds Cleaning Services will pay up to $100 per item or the replacement cost with verified value. The client must save the broken item for inspection.

Credit Card

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. This deposit is applied toward the total balance of your cleaning service and is not just a hold on your card. For example, if your cleaning service is quoted at $300, your deposit will be $75. This amount will be deducted from the total, leaving a remaining balance of approximately $225

Clock and Plant

What is your rescheduling policy? 

Rescheduling made at least 24 hours in advance: You may reschedule without any additional fees. Rescheduling within 24 hours or on the day of service will require a new non-refundable deposit.

Contractors

Do you clean with other contractors in the home?

No, we do not clean while other contractors are in the home. To ensure the best service, please avoid scheduling our cleaning on the same day as any other contractors (e.g., cable company, moving company, etc.). If we arrive and other contractors are present, we will need to leave, and the full cleaning fee will still apply.
